Each engagement is led by a dedicated Business Unit Manager (BUM)who:

Our compensation model—comprised of combinations of any of the following including professional service fees, equity participation, and success-based incentives—ensures that FITFO’s success is directly aligned with our client’s goals and successes.

Tyler is a finance and strategic operations executive with extensive experience in financial services, entrepreneurship, real estate, and leadership. Concurrently with FITFO, he works in commercial real estate with Keller Williams, where he utilizes his financial expertise to guide clients and personal investments through complex transactions positioning for stable long-term growth opportunities.
Previously, Tyler served as Director of Finance and Strategic Initiatives for Campbell County, Virginia, overseeing a $198 million budget and leading initiatives which strengthened fiscal sustainability and economic development. In a newly created role as Vice President of Lending and Strategic Growth at Credit Union of the Rockies, he designed and launched programs that expanded business banking by more than 40%.
An entrepreneur who built his own mortgage company and former Senior Financial Analyst at L3Harris Technologies, Tyler brings a unique blend of analytical insight and hands-on business experience. He holds a B.S. in Operations Management from the University of Florida and an MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Tom is a veteran bank executive and CPA, bringing over 40 years of distinguished financial leadership and strategic expertise.
Tom launched a Central Florida banking division for a large regional bank and founded and scaled two Top 50 bank leasing companies, each achieving $1.5 billion in assets, showcasing his ability to drive growth and innovation.

"Bobby” serves as a board/advisory member of FITFO. He brings to the team a versatile 30-year background in law, investment banking, real estate development and finance. After serving in the U.S. Navy, Bobby began his business career overseeing the Broker/Dealer and finance operations of a central-Florida based real estate development company. As counsel, Bobby has primarily been engaged in commercial real estate and corporate finance, structuring and transactions. His past positions include SVP of a national equipment leasing and finance platform, VP of an investment bank specializing in special district bond underwriting and placement, land banking, real estate development and institutional finance. Bobby completed coursework in Finance/Real Estate at the University of Denver, earned a BS in Economics from Rollins College and has a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a Florida licensed real estate broker and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994.

Wayne brings a unique blend of financial, business management, real estate and advisory knowledge to FITFO. Wayne is a formerly licensed CPA in the State of Florida. He holds an M.B.A. from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and an undergraduate degree in business with an accounting concentration from the University of Central Florida. Wayne began his professional career with KPMG progressing to the position of Senior Audit Manager. He then served as Vice President, Accounting and Corporate Planning and Analysis at Darden Restaurants, Inc., the world’s largest publicly traded casual dining restaurant company. Moving into the real estate industry, Wayne served as the Senior Vice President / Group Chief Financial Officer at Tavistock Group, a globally focused family office, then as Chief Financial Officer at Concord Management, a 32,000-unit apartment management company. Currently Wayne is a partner in the Florida CFO Group, and the founder and President of Arcadia Real Estate Services in Winter Park, FL.

Mike is the co-founder of Iron Horse Consulting Group (“IHCG”) in Orlando, FL. Prior to forming IHCG, Mike served as General Counsel and COO to four bank-owned equipment finance companies including SunTrust (now Truist), Capital One, Bank United, and City National Bank growing each to over $1.5 billion in assets and SunTrust to over $9billion. Mike is a highly accomplished, results-oriented executive, with experience developing de novo companies and delivering strategies to achieve operational success. In addition, Mike acted as a certified Major League Baseball player-agent for 15 years(1998-2013), representing Hall of Fame and All-Star players during his career. He is adept at contract negotiations. Since leaving the banking industry in 2021, Mike and his business partner, Tom Cira, formed IHCG to assist small to medium sized businesses with corporate structure, policies, procedures, efficiencies as well as mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”). In addition to co-founding IHCG, in 2025, IHCG became a member of Arcadia Title to lend additional expertise in the areas of legal, accounting, compliance, operations and customer service. Mike brings a career of contract review and negotiations, M&A, deal structuring, general counsel expertise combined with a career in operations and compliance. Mike received his BA Degree from Loyola University of Maryland, completed his class work at Temple University for a master’s degree in Sports Administration and he secured Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He was admitted to the Maryland bar in 1988.
